This miniature screen accurate costume was made for my 18m daughter. The corset was made from Italian leather. There is no under corset, just a pink liner for comfort because that is her favorite color. I also added a sparkly black under skirt just like the screen used one. All the armor is 3D printed in PLA plastics and heat formed and painted to look like copper. All the armor is adhered to the leather with clear fishing line. All the rivets were just the button tops smashed and glued on to wear they are supposed to be.
The scabbard was made with a EVA foam base, with real abalone shell discs in the scabbard adornments. The copper holding the shoulder ans chest guard is soldered copper wire. The knee pads were made on top of real knee pads and the design was hand sewn with pieces of hard tooling leather underneath to get the 3D effect. The boots were made on top of toddler shoes, and were made by another costumer by the name of Deborah Miller.
