This costume was made on top of a white bikini with see-thru straps. To make the whipped cream effect, I used foam clay mixed with water and clear Elmers glue. I mix and kneaded each batch and put it in a cake piping bag and pipped it onto the bikini. I then added the cherries that I bought from a hobby shop. I then sealed it it with Liquitex Clear Closs Spray Varnish.
